Quick service, good product

Bought a 'Small Animal Casket'. Website was easy to use. Order shipped fast. Product was as described. Satisfied with my purchase.

Ordering a personalized urn

I recently ordered a 'Personalized Pet Urn' for my beloved cat. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, especially the customization part where I added her name and a small message. I had a quick question about the engraving length, and customer service responded to my email within a few hours, which was reassuring. The urn arrived well-packaged in about 6 days from the order date. The quality of the ceramic was good, and the engraving was clear and exactly as I had previewed. It's a fitting tribute. The only minor thing was that the tracking link updated a little slowly at first, but it caught up. Overall, a good experience during a tough time.

Good selection, slow shipping

I ordered a 'Wooden Pet Urn' and a 'Memorial Pendant' after my cat passed. The product quality was actually quite good for the price, the wood felt solid and the pendant was well-made. My only real complaint was the shipping speed; it took about 7 days to get here in California, which felt a bit long given the sensitive nature of the items. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a decent experience, but they could improve delivery times.

Reliable as always

This isn't my first time ordering from Pet Memory Shop. I've bought a few items over the years, and they've always been consistent. This time, I got a 'Garden Memorial Stone' and it arrived exactly when they said it would. The quality is just as good as the 'Pet Memorial Frames' I got last year. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver every time.

Beautiful urn, so grateful!

I just received the 'Heart Shaped Urn' for my sweet dog, and it's absolutely beautiful! The engraving was perfect and the quality is amazing. It came so carefully packaged, which I really appreciated during such a tough time. I'm so glad I found Pet Memory Shop, it really helped. I will definitely be back if I ever need their services again, and I'm telling all my friends who have pets about them!
